and read a page or two. Rumi's preeminent translator, Coleman Barks, describes Rumi's message as "trying to get us to feel the vastness of our true identity." Everything this man wrote was wildly bodacious but this verse in particular dares us to shatter our fears and live bodaciously! As Nietzsche said, "Is life not a hundred times too short for us to stifle ourselves?"
