Once we understand the importance of personal boundaries, setting them can often be the easy part in comparison to upholding them. Especially if you're a people-pleaser who abhors confrontation (not that I would know anything about that).

Taking care of our Selves where boundaries are concerned~both personal and professional~is an ongoing stretch and strengthening that gets easier and more natural with practice.
